Welcome to the fundraising page for Community4Celiac, Cohen Children's Medical Center.

We wanted to take a moment and express our enthusiasm for an event that we have created to raise funds for Celiac Disease research. As a person and a parent of a child with Celiac Disease, we understand firsthand the challenges that living with this disease presents.  We hope for a future where there is a treatment and eventually a cure.

As passionate supporters of research efforts, we are leading a fundraising event in support of the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Cohen Children’s Medical Center, to benefit Celiac Disease research and treatment efforts.

We are incredibly proud of our affiliation with Cohen Children’s Medical Center, a member of Northwell Health. Cohen Children’s delivers healthcare for children throughout Long Island and New York State. The Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology serves countless children and their families in our backyard. As the diagnosis of Celiac Disease in kids is on the rise, the need for research is more critical than ever.

This spring, we invite you to attend the Celiac Disease Family Fun Day on May 18, 2024.  The event will take place at Driftwood Day Camp in Melville, NY. The day will feature a color run, flying trapeze, swing park, ninja warrior, a giant slide, arts and crafts, and so much more! Driftwood and the enthusiastic coaches from The Playground Athletes will partner with us on this event. The event will also feature an entirely gluten-free selection of food and snacks.

Note, registering for this event is a two step process:

Step 1. Donate to the Community4Celiac fundraising page.

Step 2. Register for the event by providing attendee information on the sign up form (this step is necessary for you to secure your tickets to the event!) **You will not be asked for another form of payment**

**PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILL OUT THE SIGN UP FORM FOR THE EVENT AFTER YOU DONATE!!!

If you cannot attend the event, we truly appreciate your donation.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Sincerely,

The Leibson Family, Launer Family and the whole Community4Celiac group!
